The Academic and Financial Planning and Analysis (AFPA) team is responsible for strategic and academic planning within the University. They provide administrative support for the Planning and Resources Committee (PRC), Resource Management Committee (RMC) and a range of other committees and groups. They also manage the University’s annual planning and budgetary cycle and liaise with the academic Schools to assist them with their own planning and resource allocation work.
